✅ Unopened & Unused – The perfume bottle must be in its original sealed packaging with no signs of use, tampering, or damage.
✅ Original Condition – All items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items (if applicable).
✅ Return Period – You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
✅ Proof of Purchase – A valid order number or purchase receipt is required for all return and refund requests.
📌 Note: We do not accept returns or refunds for perfumes that have been opened, used, or altered in any way due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
❌ Opened or Used Perfumes – Any fragrance that has been unsealed, sprayed, or tested.
❌ Personalized or Custom Orders – Products that have been customized according to your request.
❌ Gift Cards & Promotional Items – Free gifts, sample products, or gift card purchases.
❌ Final Sale & Clearance Items – Items purchased during special promotions, sales, or limited-time offers.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
If you meet the return eligibility criteria, follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Our Support Team

- Your Order Number
- The Reason for Return or Refund
- Photos of the unopened product and original packaging
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Once we review your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
Step 3: Pack & Ship Your Return
- Securely pack your item in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship your return to the provided address using a trackable shipping method.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item received or defective product).
Step 4: Inspection & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Refund Processing & Payment Methods
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
- If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days, please contact us for assistance.
📌 Note: Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part.
5. Exchanges & Replacements
We only replace items if:
- You received the wrong product.
- Your item was damaged during shipping.
To request an exchange, email contact@microsora.xyz within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
MICROSORA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier. If your order is missing, please:
- Check with neighbors or building security in case it was delivered to the wrong address.
- Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to file a claim.
- Reach out to our support team, and we will assist you in investigating the issue.
